The City of Fellsmere Youth Recreation Department in now holding Sign-up for Winter Recreation Programs as follows:
Youth Soccer
The City of Fellsmere Youth Recreation Department is looking for Volunteers to organize and promote soccer for children ages 5 to 18. Sponsors and shirts will be provided for teams that are formed. Our fields are lighted and the equipment is available for games and practices. There's a huge interest and enthusiastic children ready to play. Little League Baseball and Softball.
Beginning in the spring of 2009 we will be entering our children into Little League Programs that are world wide and have the largest support systems in place. We need the support of our community to set up a league board. Volunteers are need for score keeping, umpires (only a little experience is needed) managers, coaches and concession stand help. We will have a meeting at the Little League Concession Stand, 2 N. Broadway Street, on December 15, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. to elect board members and sign up volunteers who wish to help our children. Batting Cage to Improve Skills and Averages
