NOW ACCEPTING ONLINE PAYMENTS

The City of Fellsmere is now accepting online utility payments. Click the “Make an ePayment” button to register and create a username. To create a username, you must provide your name, email address, and choose a security question. Once you have submitted the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email to finalize registration. The link on the confirmation email will be available for 24 hours only, otherwise you will need to restart the registration process. After completing the registration process click on “Pay Other Items”. You will be prompted to enter the account number, and the bill amount. A convenience fee of $0.35 plus 3% will be automatically applied. It is very important that the account number is correct otherwise the payment may be declined and returned.

You can also opt to receive an electronic version of your utility bill. Note that if you choose to receive an e-Bill, a paper bill will not be mailed. You can opt-in by selecting “View & Pay Bills” followed by “Add an Account”. You are required to enter a PIN number that matches your account. The PIN number can be found on your paper bill under the City’s return address. La ciudad de Fellsmere ahora acepta pagos de servicios de agua en línea. Haga clic en el botón "Make an ePayment" para registrarse y crear un nombre de usuario. Puede optar para participar seleccionando "View & Pay Bills" después seleccioné "Add an Account". Debe introducir un número PIN que coincida con su cuenta. El número PIN se puede encontrar en su factura en papel bajo la dirección de devolución de la ciudad.
