Bias-based Profiling Resolution:

The members of the Fellsmere Police Department will not engage in the practice of bias-based profiling. Citizens are guaranteed equal protection under the law and the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures. Department members will carry out their enforcement responsibilities in a manner that respects these rights and upholds the dignity of all persons.
